GENERAL RULES AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

COURSE & MARKING

For the 5K Couples Run, there is only an Overall Classification; there are no age categories.

  • Participants must follow the course marked by the organization throughout the race.
  • Course markings will be placed at intervals of at least 10 metres and no more than 100 metres, depending on the terrain.
  • It is the participants’ responsibility to follow the course markings throughout the race.
  • The ranking will be determined based on the average finish time of the two participants.
  • The two participants do not have to finish the course at the same time.
  • The organization reserves the right to make changes to the 5K Doubles Run before the race. Any changes will be announced to participants prior to the start.

SAFETY & TRAFFIC

  • For safety reasons, law enforcement officers will take the necessary measures to control vehicle traffic before the start of the race.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • There are no age categories.
  • Mandatory equipment checks will be conducted at the race kit distribution desk and in the start area.
  • Participants who fail to present their mandatory equipment will not be given their race kit.
